History Of Isolo, Lagos
Legend has it that Isolo was founded by a man named Akinbaiye, an Awori native from Ile-Ife. Akinbaiye was not only a warrior but also a skilled hunter and farmer. One fateful day, while hunting, he came across the tracks of an elephant. Determined to show off his skills, he decided to pursue and kill the elephant.
